RETURN POLICY
All sales are considered final.  If you would like to address a concern with an order you have received, please contact Kat on kathrynclaughton@gmail.com A return or exchange may only be accepted if an item arrives not as described, and/or different from the listed photos, and is approved case by case by the seller. If such a circumstance arises, we ask that customers contact us within 3 business days of receiving the item, otherwise we cannot accept the return/exchange.
 

BUYING VINTAGE

We do our absolute best to describe and photograph the vintage clothes on our website as you would see them in person. If you ever have questions about any part of the item (colour, sizing, fit etc.) please reach out to us via email or Instagram. The items for sale are often 20 years old (& often older!) so may have signs of being worn. Please review the product description AND photos to learn about an items condition. 

When purchasing from our store you are agreeing to our shop policies and that you have read the full condition of a garment and viewed all the photos available. 

BUYER RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING FEES

All shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer.  In the event of a return, we are not responsible for lost/stolen/missing parcels you ship back to us. Please insure and get tracking and delivery confirmation for all returns. Buyer also responsible for any other additional fees that may incur outside of Golden Years (ie Paypal/credit card fees). Please contact us with any questions.
